Aims of the Club        

              To add further interest to the club I would like to open a supporters photo gallery similar to our Team members photo gallery [mugshots].  If you have a photo of yourself and family members please email it to me and I will put a link in.

How would you like to explore the world of mountain rescue across the UK.  Mountain Rescue of England and Wales publishes a mountain rescue magazine every 3 months - all profits go to the teams.  Wasdale MRT can buy them at £1.25 each and sell them at £2.50 + 50p postage.  As supporters you may be able to find a way of selling them on and making money for our team.  Drop me a line

 

This is what it is all about  - raising money to buy new lifesaving equipment - Remember that we receive no funding from anywhere else and every penny we raise comes from kind people like our supporters or perhaps yourself as a new supporter.  Just find a collection box and put 10 pence in - it all adds up to...................... The new people carrier bought in early 2005 and replaces the old minibus (back end can be seen in the background) The new landrover bought in 2003 and already saved lives and brought much needed help to the many injured and lost walkers we save each month The fleet of rescue vehicles fully kitted out and ready to roll with Great Gable as a backdrop A big THANK YOU to all our supporters from the Wasdale Team
